Job Title: Childcare Worker

Our goal is to find a suitable candidate for this role. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Childcare Worker.

This person will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and young persons under their care. Their main focus will be on providing essential care and ensuring the well-being of the children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential care and ensure the well-being of children and young persons;
  • Ensure the safety of children and young persons within the premises;
  • Engage children and young persons in activities or play;
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the premises;
  • Accompany children and young persons to/at hospitals or Voluntary Children's Homes (VCHs) for placement and handle all administrative paperwork as required;

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in caring for children aged between 0-12 years old;
  • Minimum O Level or Diploma holders or Higher Nitec in Early Childhood;
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred but not required);
  • Ability to pass a background check;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Patient, empathetic, and genuine love for children;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and professional development as required;

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays;

Schedule:

  • Day shift;
  • Late shift;
