Enterprise Risk Manager

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures across multiple entities. Your expertise in risk management will enable you to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted solutions.

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks, aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement risk-based strategies that support business objectives.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Manage risk registers, key risk indicators, and related documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

As a seasoned risk professional, you will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, including COSO and ISO 31000. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or consulting.
  • Relevant experience engaging directly with regulatory bodies such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
