Position Overview: Senior Principal - Banking Acquisition and Growth

As a Senior Principal at Infosys Consulting, you will cultivate and enhance profound client relationships, engaging at the executive and senior management tiers. You will provide overarching leadership on our most pivotal projects, often collaborating with diverse and globally distributed teams from both Infosys and our clients.

In this influential role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our firm, from nurturing the next generation of leaders to pioneering innovative service offerings. Key responsibilities for this newly established position include:

  • Strategically positioning Financial Services offerings to both new and existing clients across the APAC region.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing talent within the APAC Financial Services Consulting practice.
  • Collaborating closely with other Associate Partners and Industry leaders to promote related consulting services, often as part of larger transformation projects.
  • Taking ownership of proposals and spearheading solution development and execution.
  • Building and sustaining robust client relationships, networking extensively with industry experts, and contributing to the firm’s growth through recruitment, training, and the generation of Intellectual Property, including thought leadership pieces and whitepapers.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of revenue and practice growth, with the ability to define and deliver effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting services within business, IT, banking, or financial services sectors.
  • Experience in leading, developing, and guiding teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth through banking domain expertise.
  • Significant experience in achieving large and complex business and sales targets.
