Digital Transformation Strategist

Develop a winning strategy and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage proposal development processes to ensure timely delivery of technical and commercial proposals.
- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic proposal approaches.
- Craft compelling proposals for major projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare and submit proposals, including Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with internal capabilities and external customer needs.
- Respond to RFPs by articulating value propositions and proposing competitive solutions.
- Oversee stakeholder communications throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Minimum degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in L3 digital solutions such as APC, OTS, PIMS, Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of automation vendors, products, services, and solutions.
- Domain expertise in ISA95, ISA88, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Industry 4.0, MES best practices, and data security.
