Key responsibilities include ensuring thorough support and follow-up at all stages of the customer relation, answering general information requests on campaign facilities and quote requests, and qualifying incoming complaints to provide reasonable assistance and information to clients.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual with excellent communication skills in English and strong time management abilities. A diploma or higher qualification in any field is required, with preferable 2 years of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with computers, have good phone etiquette, and be able to tailor responses and actions to meet specific customer needs.
