About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Strategist to lead our product analytics efforts. As a key member of our data team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale, complex data analysis projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Present business-related analysis to senior management to improve adoption and volume of our products.
  • Work with product managers and designers to identify key metrics for product tracking and build data pipelines, frameworks, and dashboards to track and improve these metrics.
  • Use your expertise to create data-driven product UI/UX designs to drive adoption of new product features.
  • Analyze large datasets to improve understanding of customer engagement and behavior.
  • Help build product analysis frameworks and enable product teams to make effective decisions.
  • Analyze user behavior across different user segments to enable nudges on their behavior to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Assist product managers in planning and building A/B testing experiments.
  • Monitor data processes and provide support for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or related field within 7+ years of experience.
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing custom queries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Google Data Studio.
  • Proficiency in scripting and data analysis using Python.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in investment, financial sector, or web3/cryptocurrency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and GCP would be an advantage.
Compensation:

Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonus scheme available.
