Job Description

As a data centre professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring events for all data centre infrastructure to ensure normal function, as well as coordinating maintenance and shutdowns with various stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for managing incidents and closure, including root cause analysis on incidents. Additionally, you will liaise with internal and external customers to ensure that their contractual service level agreements are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering or IT with at least 2 years of experience in DC Operations.
  • Good knowledge in Data Centre Facilities and Operations Support as well as Data Centre Operations Best Practice.
  • Possess Basic Certificate of Infocomm Technology and ITIL Foundation Level Certification.
  • Team player who can also perform independently.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
