AI/ML Technical Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI/ML Technical Specialist to join our Data Science team. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across departments to improve business processes and deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement models to support advisor sales journeys and operational efficiency;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to design and deliver robust AI/ML solutions;
  • Translate business problems into technical requirements through proactive stakeholder engagement;
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a Data Science role, preferably within AWS cloud environments;
  • Deep understanding of feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation methods;
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and big data tools such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Hive, S3;
Desired Skills:
  • AWS certifications;
  • Prior experience in financial services, telecommunications, or consulting industries.
