Lead Swim Instructor Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced swim instructor to join our team. As a lead swim instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering swim lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and deliver effective swim lessons to participants of all ages and skill levels.">
  • Manage class schedules and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of programs.">
  • Provide feedback and input on the overall direction of our swimming vision and mission.">
  • Develop and execute coaching plans in line with our aims.">
  • Plan daily training sessions and instruct swimmers in swim skills.">
  • Supervise athletes at competitions through warm ups/swim downs and race feedback.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years competitive coaching experience, preferably with age group swimmers.">
  • National Registry of Coaches (NROC) Level 1 Coach or above.">
  • Valid First Aid and CPR-AED certification.">
  • Experienced in both Learn-to-Swim and Developmental Coaching.">
  • Versed in technical aspects of 4 swimming strokes and Individual Medley.">
  • Good communication and leadership skills.">
  • Basic computer & admin skills are essential.">
  • Passion about teaching and engaging young children.">
  • Responsible, patient, and good communication skills.">
  • Positive attitude and Team player.">
  • Able to work independently and showcase leadership qualities.">
  • Open to working Saturdays (full day) and Sundays (half day).">
  • Ability to start immediately is a plus.">
