At Steady Swim, we believe that swimming instruction goes beyond teaching strokes; it's about instilling confidence, promoting safety, and nurturing a lifelong love for the water. We are on a mission to empower individuals of all ages to become skilled and self-assured swimmers.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the next generation of swimmers through engaging and well-structured lessons. Our small class sizes allow for personalized attention, fostering strong bonds with our students and creating a supportive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, catering to various ages and skill levels.
- Ensure a safe learning environment by enforcing safety rules and promptly responding to emergencies.
- Assess participants' abilities and provide constructive feedback to improve their swimming techniques.
- Create structured lesson plans to develop participants' skills and confidence in the water.
- Maintain open communication with participants and parents while promoting water safety and adhering to regulations.

**Location**:Flexible location. Venue may vary*

**Salary**:$2,400/month

**Working Hours & Days**:9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm (time may vary)

**Requirements**:

- Strong swimming skills and ability to demonstrate various strokes and techniques effectively.
- Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR to ensure the safety of participants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide feedback and maintain a positive learning environment.
