Technical Support Specialist

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and technical support requests. Your role will involve utilizing incident management best practices to accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Provide timely status updates on incidents reported by customers to internal teams and customers;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, regional teams, and external vendors to achieve timely resolution of incidents reported;
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, maintaining detailed and accurate records;
  • Continuously update knowledge base articles and support documentation to improve the efficiency of the team;

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing permanent solutions or improving processes, and adhering to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols while managing customer data and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop web applications using ASP.Net Core, MVC, C#, and SQL database;
  • Work closely with our team to implement permanent solutions or improve processes;
  • Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols while managing customer data and sensitive information;
  • Utilize sound understanding of modern web technologies on Microsoft platforms, cloud computing, WCM, and ECM;

The ideal candidate will possess a degree holder in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, and 1-2 years experience in developing web applications.
