Job Description

Mechanical Engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of buildings and facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing mechanical project designs, contract documentation, and other technical documents to ensure they meet Singapore Standards and other authorities' requirements.

You will also participate in project review meetings, site visits, design discussions, and other relevant meetings to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Additionally, you will assist the project manager in managing, planning, coordinating, and liaising with internal stakeholders, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers involved in engineering, operations, testing, and commissioning.

You will also check mechanical and building facilities for equipment/system improvements, cyclical replacement of ageing or end-of-life/support equipment to ensure operational readiness of building services.

Effective communication with stakeholders and recommending system improvements, assisting in implementing relevant plans with building facilities managers is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
