About the Role:

The Logistics Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the Singapore plant to global destinations.
  • Coordinate and expedite trucking cargoes from Malaysia to Singapore plants and vice versa.
  • Assist and liaise with 3PL on Export Control permit declaration and shipping out Controlled parts.
  • Support warehouse receiving functions, including SAP GR process.
  • Analyze and verify shipment of parts/lasers to fill customer sales orders and replenish hub inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma level or higher NITEC with necessary experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience in warehousing, material handling, customer service, and transportation.
  • Well-versed in SAP R/3 (MM Modules) with at least 3 years' experience as an end-user.
  • Ability to work with various freight forwarders and incoterms.
