Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payment & E-Banking Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of payment and remittance operations, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maker/checker function for payment and remittance operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare documents for audit reviews, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Monitor system availability and escalate any issues promptly to management, ensuring minimal disruption to payment and service timelines.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and projects as required, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Prior banking operations experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of payment and remittance processes.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, business units, and customers.
  • Resourcefulness, energy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
