Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lift Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of lifts across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out regular maintenance and servicing of lifts, including routine checks and repairs as needed.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of lifts, including routine checks and repairs as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve lift breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless service continuity.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in lift systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Complete inspection checklists and maintenance records accurately, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with building management and customers on site issues or service updates, providing timely and courteous responses.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new lift systems when required, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • NITEC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Built Environment (Vertical Transportation).
  • Candidates with basic electrical knowledge are welcome to apply, as training will be provided to support their development.
  • Able to work on a 24/7 standby roster, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing operational needs.
