Healthcare Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Quality Assurance Senior Officer to join our team. As a senior officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.
Your responsibilities will include providing support for investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, maintenance and follow-up on Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and providing trainings and coordinating trainings for staff.
You will also be responsible for registering trainings into the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and running reports, assisting with documentation review after operational activities, collecting temperature data and monitoring environmental conditions, reporting day-to-day activities, communicating with internal and external contacts, and controlling administrative aspects of the facility.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess at least a Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or relevant fields, and have at least 2 years of pharmaceutical science work experience (or prior Life Science internship experience). Experience with ISO 13485 standards is an advantage, as is knowledge of GMP and/or GDP guidelines.
