About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success across the APAC region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing regional HR strategies to support business growth and ensure annual goals are achieved through our people.
  • Fostering a culture that prioritises employee engagement, retention, and well-being, contributing to delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with our values.
  • Coaching and influencing leaders across the region to grow the business while ensuring the full employee lifecycle is delivered with quality and in line with our values.
  • Leading a multi-market HR team, managing and developing HR Managers across various APAC markets, ensuring alignment with regional and brand priorities.
  • Overseeing the Sales HR function, guiding and supporting Store Sales HR Business Partners to effectively deliver on brand and regional HR goals.
  • Talent acquisition, ensuring the right talent is in place to support current and future business needs through close collaboration and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with Central HR to provide insights from the region and shape the Brand HR strategy.
  • Ensuring fairness and brand alignment for employees, staying connected to our unique brand identity and culture.
  • Strategic workforce planning, working closely with the Regional Brand Controller to assess resource needs and set the annual HR budget.
  • Succession planning, building a long-term succession strategy for the region, coaching leaders and following up to ensure the organisation is equipped to meet both current and future demands.
Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader with a strong foundation in the following areas:

  • Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of how HR drives business outcomes.
  • Execution Excellence: Proven ability to lead teams and partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes with attention to detail.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Digital Agility: Embracing digital tools and innovation to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.
  • People Advocacy: Passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and people-first environments that reflect our values.
