Electrification Visionary

We are seeking a visionary professional to spearhead the development of our electric vehicle charging ecosystem. As part of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable transportation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing short-term and long-term plans that drive the deployment of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical infrastructure upgrades. This will involve conducting planning studies, developing strategic roadmaps, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conceptualising and executing strategic initiatives with clear timelines and deliverables
• Developing and tracking workplans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving project implementation
• Researching and monitoring EV Charging technology trends, assessing applications and scalability, and developing frameworks for trials and pilots
• Collaborating with the Business Development team to operationalise initiatives and drive business growth
• Generating insights to improve customer experience and work processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 3 years of working experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development/Analysis, or a relevant field
• A keen interest in urban planning and sustainability, particularly in the context of electric vehicles and their charging infrastructure
• Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to work
