About the Job

As a key leader in our Product Growth Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of scalable and efficient growth platforms. This role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Data, to design and build cutting-edge solutions that drive user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a technical vision for product growth engineering, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

2. Lead high-performing engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable growth platforms, including paid advertising tracking, affiliate and referral programs, SEO/ASO tooling, content management systems, and experimentation platforms.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business strategies into robust technical solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

4. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, promoting best practices, code quality, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role in growth or marketing technology teams.
  • Proven track record of leading successful growth engineering initiatives, driving significant revenue growth and user acquisition.
  • Expertise in modern backend architectures, microservices, distributed systems, data pipelines, and API development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including CRM, ad tracking, attribution, and affiliate management platforms.
