Job Title: Guest Room Attendant

**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and service pantries in accordance with hotel standards.
  • The successful applicant will ensure that mini bars in guest rooms are fully stocked and replenish housekeeping carts and linen storage areas on designated floors with linens and amenities.
  • A key responsibility of this role is to collect soiled linens from floors and deliver them promptly to the proper department.
  • The Guest Room Attendant will assist with placement or removal of furniture, fittings, rollaway beds, and other items from guest rooms as needed.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a tidy environment by collecting rubbish from floors and disposing of it according to hotel guidelines.
  • This role requires accurate and efficient completion of assigned paperwork, including updates on room status and duties.
  • The Guest Room Attendant will also report any maintenance issues, such as carpet cleaning requirements or pest infestations, to the Housekeeping Coordinator.
  • Handing over lost and found items from guest rooms to the Security Department promptly is another essential aspect of this role.

**Requirements and Skills:**

  • The successful candidate will hold primary education or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience working in a hotel is advantageous but not essential.
  • Able to communicate and comprehend basic English language skills is required.
