Job Title: IT Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage all installed systems and common infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and system management tools to meet business needs.
  • Laptop/Desktop, Printer, Phone, Scanner, Corporate software setup for users to enhance productivity.
  • Administer Windows OS, AD, Office 365 local administration & file server management to ensure seamless operations.
  • User registration process for group companies will be handled efficiently.
  • Network monitoring and troubleshooting (both LAN and WiFi) will be performed proactively.
  • User support as part of helpdesk & provide 1st and 2nd level support to resolve issues timely.
  • Provide onsite/remote troubleshooting and collaborate with vendors and other ICT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Helpdesk system ticket monitoring & updating status on time.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory and keep it updated for better decision-making.
  • Ensure the highest levels of infrastructure availability to users through proactive measures.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, network protocols, and system management tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
