Position Summary

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive impact across Reinsurance Pricing and Reserving, leveraging technical expertise and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in actuarial software and tools.

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional with at least 8 years in General Insurance and 5+ years in Reinsurance Pricing.

About the Role
  • Pricing of reinsurance treaties across multiple lines of business.
  • Review and development of pricing tools for Reinsurance business.
  • Providing pricing insights and portfolio analytics.
  • Actuarial perspective to new business initiatives.
  • Contribution to the development of pricing governance frameworks and documentation standards.
  • Review and maintenance of actuarial reserving models and processes.
  • Cordination of timely delivery of all actuarial inputs to the local, regional and Group Finance.
  • Mentorship and development of actuarial talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fellow of a recognized actuarial institute (e.g., FIA, FSA, FIAA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial studies.
  • Minimum of 8 years of General Insurance actuarial experience, with at least 5 years in a Reinsurance Pricing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in actuarial software and tools.
  • Demonstrates initiative and maintains high standards under tight deadlines.
