Actuarial Manager, Financial Reporting

Income’s Actuarial team aims to create exponential value and cultivates a dynamic learning culture. We are a strong partner in enterprise-wide digitization and data initiatives, and we are looking for the right talent to join our financial reporting team.

This role will focus on driving financial reporting projects with high visibility to present and engage with our Chief Actuary and Senior Management.

Responsibilities include:

- Execute financial reporting initiatives to support company's goals, including but not limited to:Capital management
- Solvency & Profitability analytics and optimization
- Actuarial financial preformance management
- Actuarial Transformation projects
- Collaborate and lead cross department projects

**Qualifications - External**
- Degree in Actuarial Science with at least 8 years of strong relevant working experience in actuarial function
- Experience in managing a direct team preferred but not a pre-requisite. Learning and development will be provided.
- Possess fellowship of an internationally recognized Actuarial body or newly qualified actuary
- Able to communicate in simple and concise way to stakeholders
- Adaptable and open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working
