Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • Assist in understanding product specifications, features, and applications.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their technical requirements and challenges.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations based on our company's products or services.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum 1 year experience in site project coordination and installation.
  • Knowledge of programming in C, C++.
  • Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products.
