Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating site installation activities with external contractors and overseeing projects within the LTA and SMRT frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site installation schedules for projects and supervise subcontractors.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders, including LTA, SMRT, and SWCs, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and track work progress on-site, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare project documentation, including method statements and risk assessments, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the internal Project Manager to review work schedules and plan resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Nitec in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or related qualifications.
  • Relevant site coordination experience in LTA/SMRT projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
