We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in various hospitals. This role involves walking the ground, shadowing users, noting challenges faced, and assisting them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to work on night shifts.
