Role Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Beauty Category Manager to lead the development and execution of our beauty and personal care category strategy in Singapore.
">Develop long-term strategic plans for the beauty and personal care category, aligning with the company's overall vision and market trends.
Oversee product planning and selection for the beauty and personal care product lines, introducing high-quality products that match our brand positioning and local consumer preferences.
Source, screen, and manage local and international beauty and personal care suppliers, establishing long-term partnerships and negotiating favorable procurement terms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and marketing plans for the beauty and personal care category.
A bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in category management or product management, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL, with strong data interpretation skills.
