Financial Operations Coordinator Role

The role involves handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing of staff claims and disbursements.

  • Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Preparing tax provision schedules and filing quarterly GST returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating with auditors and preparing audit schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or higher qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in full-set accounting, preferably with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and GST filing, with ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and start work within a short notice period, if required.
