Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Update inventory records accurately and in a timely manner to reflect current stock levels.
  • Purchase supplies according to approved specifications to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Track orders from suppliers and ensure timely delivery to outlets.
  • Coordinate with outlets to ensure they have sufficient stock to meet customer demands.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency to optimize logistics operations.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to improve supply chain performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a related logistics position.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Negotiation and communication skills to effectively work with suppliers and outlets.
  • Multitasking and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
