Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to fill the role of Principal Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on risk management strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management plans and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and control
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk areas
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on risk management best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in risk management
Requirements
  • At least 14 years' experience in risk management advisory with a strong consultant mindset
  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Proven project management skills
  • Technical expertise on safety methodologies (QRA, FSA), asset risk management, RAM insight, Enterprise Risk Management, CFD (FLACS, KFX, etc.)
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Solid experience in the Safety & Risk area in both Maritime & Oil/Gas Industries
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
