Role Description:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our recruitment team as a Team Lead. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to take on new challenges and make a significant impact in shaping the future of our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve operational and performance targets. You will work closely with your team to ensure efficient resource allocation and alignment with job cluster priorities. Your primary goal will be to maintain high fulfillment rates, candidate quality, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of escalation for the team and facilitate smooth communication with the Recruitment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve operational and performance targets
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and alignment with job cluster priorities
• Maintain high fulfillment rates, candidate quality, and operational efficiency
• Act as the primary point of escalation for the team and ensure smooth communication with the Recruitment Manager

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, or a related field
• Min 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or mentoring capacity
• Leadership and team management skills for guiding and developing team members
• Results-driven with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
