As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving expansion through strategic partnerships and customized logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diversify and Explore New Opportunities: Discover business opportunities that align with company goals and promote freight services to potential clients.
  • Grow and Expand Customer Base: Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones through exceptional customer service and tailored logistics solutions.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Establish trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Craft Proposals and Negotiate Contracts: Secure new business opportunities and expand existing ones by negotiating contracts and creating persuasive proposals.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service Teams: Ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs by working closely with operations and customer service teams.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet Sales Targets and Contribute to Revenue Goals: Meet individual sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals through effective business development strategies.
