As a specialist in account management, you will have the opportunity to unlock your full potential and drive business growth.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our partner brands by contacting new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email on a daily basis. You will identify sales opportunities and provide businesses with the best solution for their goals.

You will improve client experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. You will manage a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized business clients, taking responsibility for growing revenue. When within scope and area of knowledge, you will provide pre- and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.

You will become an expert on clients' advertising solutions and be able to identify trends and solve problems. You will provide vital product insights, feedback, and revenue trends from your own experience using the products and sharing feedback from advertisers. You will champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business using our products.

You will use various tools to properly communicate and drive advertisers' business to success. You will perform other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by management within your category of employment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least an advanced/graduate degree in any field. A minimum of two years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations are essential.
