Hotel Facilities Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Design and Construction Professional to oversee the design and construction of our hotel facilities.

This role will ensure compliance with international brand standards in design, construction, renovation, and refurbishment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural, landscape, interiors, and construction standards for various brands aligned with RHG's product standards.
  • Provide resources and support to facilitate compliance with standards.
  • Implement and manage Technical Services Agreement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Liaise with owners, consultants, and construction teams during project development and construction.
  • Recommend preferred consultant teams to new and renovation projects.
  • Review project designs and assist designers to develop designs in line with brand positioning and brand DNA.
  • Review project timelines and progress, overseeing project coordination activities.
  • Coordinate project activities, meeting attendance, and travel to attend client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design required.
  • Between 3 to 5 years experience in hotel design and construction.
  • Knowledge and understanding of international hotel brand standards.
  • Strong command and fluency in English and Mandarin, ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
