We are seeking a Health and Wellness Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the growth and development of our clinic while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend wellness treatments based on TCM physicians' recommendations
  • Handle appointment bookings, payments, and reports
  • Ensure a warm and smooth experience for every visitor
  • Assist with general clinic upkeep and therapy when needed
  • Join wellness roadshows, health talks, and help promote clinic offerings
Requirements:
  • A passion for health, wellness, or TCM
  • Emotional maturity, proactivity, and a team player attitude
  • Comfortable working weekends
  • An ability to communicate effectively and offer service with heart
  • Able to thrive in a structured yet collaborative setting
