Job Title: Research Assistant
Department: Department of Pharmacology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine
Location: National University of Singapore

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our academic and research staff in the Department of Pharmacology. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, educational research studies, and deliver planned programmes for the Department Education Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Administration of MSc in Medical Pharmacology coursework programme\
  • Prepare DSRB/IRB-related documents for education research projects\
  • Manage budgets and grants of education-related projects\
  • Assist in conducting surveys and performing statistical analysis on data obtained from educational projects\
  • Supervise, guide, and train students involved in education projects\
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the PI or Reporting Manager\
  • Qualifications:\
    • \
    • A bachelor's degree in Science, Art or related disciplines\
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an academic or health system setting\
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\
    • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\
    • Knowledge of grant administration and digital communication tools is an added advantage\
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
