Customer Service Representative Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for public users, offering timely solutions, empathetic support, and creating a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to public enquiries through phone, email, or live chat in a clear and empathetic manner
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users accessing a platform / system
  • Share accurate information and guide users with patience and professionalism
  • Raise complex cases to the relevant team when needed

Requirements:

  • Must be a Singaporean citizen
