Job Description:

As a Semiconductor Fabrication Specialist, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality semiconductor wafers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure process integrity for machines is in place for production.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing 12-hour shift duties to support the running of silicon wafer production
  • Assisting engineers in the qualification and fine-tuning of processes for production
  • Trouble-shooting process-related issues and minimizing the time lots are on hold
  • Monitoring and improving the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
  • Coordinating with specialists to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives
  • Collaborating with quality assurance on internal audits

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts
  • Good team player
