Job Title: DevOps Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to support our team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of strong DevOps experience with strong experience in CI/CD pipeline and artifactory management.
  3. Proficiency in CI/CD workflows such as Github Action, Jenkins.
  4. Proficiency in artifact repository management systems such as Jfrog, Nexus.
  5. Strong Linux administration skills and Shell scripting expertise.
  6. Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm (Relevant certifications are a plus).
  7. Experience in AWS with solid understanding of Cloud services and infrastructure management (AWS certifications are a plus).
  8. Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues across multiple technology layers.
  9. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse engineering teams.
  10. Strong team-player mindset, focused on leveraging experience to help the team succeed.
  11. Passion for advocating and implementing best practices in Software Engineering and DevOps.

Summary:

This role is part of Data Technology Operations Masterplan (DTOM), aimed at addressing challenges faced by quantitative strategists. The current reliance on laptops for developing quantitative models has led to data silos, limited collaboration, and difficulties in scaling.

The Analytics Workbench (AWB) powered by Databricks' Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), consolidates all analytics capabilities, including AI, ML, BI, and data engineering, into a single platform. It streamlines data processes, enhances collaboration, and reduces dependence on custom-built applications.
