About the Job
  • Clean and inspect allocated apartments, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Check apartment inventories with residents during check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards, proper amenities, and literature placement throughout the property.
  • Report any loss, damage, or maintenance issues to the supervisor or engineering department promptly.
  • Support daily operations by replenishing supplies, ensuring equipment functionality, and attending to residents' requests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
