Job Title: Front of House Professional

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a seamless dining experience for patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to customers.
  • Take meal and beverage orders from customers and relay them accurately to kitchen staff.
  • Deliver meals and beverages to tables, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meal, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Prepare bills and manage cash transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive working experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift moderate weights as needed.
