Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the financial close process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Manage the financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Ensure robust controls environment, including adherence to SOX requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee timely completion of year-end audit.
  • Manage corporate tax, GST, and transfer pricing reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 8 years of experience in private equity or fund management industry, or equivalent.
  • CPA qualified or equivalent.
