Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing company financial statements and management reports.

The ideal candidate will have a degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare company financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts, analyzing variances and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Cash flow forecasting and analysis to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Liaise with external parties and auditors, providing required schedules and reports for audit and tax purposes.
  • General ledger management, including reconciliation and account analysis.
  • Financial analysis and interpretation of results and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to corporate tax, GST, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems for efficient financial management.
