Rotating Equipment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Rotating Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive integrity and lifecycle reliability management of all rotating equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a Refinery and Petrochemical process technical environment, with at least 10 years focused on Rotating Equipment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, risk-based systems acumen, and business sense
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Rotating Equipment petrochemical standards, including ASME and API

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments, including Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering. You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all rotating equipment and systems are installed and maintained in accordance with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Singapore and other sites, as well as external stakeholders including suppliers and experts
  • Partnering with the Rotating Lead for the establishment and effective implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance programs and plans
