The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on usability, reliability, and functionality. You will work closely with business and technical partners to understand the solutions we are building and develop a test strategy that thoroughly evaluates functionality across a range of use cases.

In this role, you will also lead and collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams to drive success, manage test resources required for successful execution of projects, and provide input to processes that drive continuous improvement aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise of E2E customer journeys, business processes, and impacted systems.
  • Work with business and technical partners to understand solutions and define a test strategy.
  • Lead and collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams.
  • Manage test resources and provide input to processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience working in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Management role.
  • UAT/QC/Quality experience within an e-commerce or contact center based organization.
  • Quality-focused, deeply technical, and displays analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree in a technical field, or 8+ years relevant professional experience.
  • Communicates with clarity, both written and verbally.
