We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Inventory Manager to join our team at LEXBUILD MOTORS PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and control parts and warehouse material inventory, ensuring monthly stock take is conducted and tallies with system quantity.
  • Procurement: Coordinate with various departments on procurement requests, sourcing for new suppliers for various materials.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the daily operation, merchandising, sale, stocking, issuing invoices, and display of the parts.
  • Maintenance and Facilities: Assist in liaising for office maintenance servicing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
