Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to ensure safe, courteous, and efficient service to the building's users.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and attendance where necessary, and act as an Authorised Person.
  2. Oversee the management of Permit to Work systems and health and safety management.
  3. Ensure all site teams and term contractors achieve agreed service levels and deliverables.
  4. Foster strong working relationships with clients to ensure all requests and expectations are met within stipulated timeframes.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and performance measures to ensure timely quality deliveries, and leading, coordinating, and managing a team of executives and sub-contractors.
