Sales Training and Medical Education Specialist

As a senior professional in sales training and medical education, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful learning and clinical excellence across Asia Pacific. This high-profile position involves leading strategy development and execution of sales training, medical education, and key opinion leader engagement for healthcare professionals, sales teams, and distributor partners.
- Design and deliver engaging live and virtual training programs that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Support procedures to maintain deep clinical expertise among healthcare professionals.
- Develop education strategies that elevate physician confidence in advanced interventional devices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and sales, to craft compelling content, foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and measure success through meaningful key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales training, or medical education, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of leading multi-country programs in APAC markets.
- Strong capability in reading and substantiating white papers and clinical trials.
- Strong clinical experience with surgical medical device procedures, ideally in Neurology or Cardiology.
- Multilingual skills in APAC languages are a significant asset.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, high-impact environment.
- Strong influencing, project management, and communication skills.
