Postgraduate Outreach Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver excellence in postgraduate student life and development, including planning, policy development, and evaluation of strategies aligned with NTU's Student Life and Lifelong Learning Goals.
- Drive collaborative partnership with NTU PACE, Graduate College, Schools, and Faculty Advisors to co-create meaningful and relevant student development initiatives.
- Administer the Work Study Scheme and its associated system—experiential learning programme for NTU students to take on training assignments within the campus and learn about working life.
- Provide advisory and operational support to Hall Councils on matters related to budgeting, procurement, and asset management.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Postgraduate Outreach Manager will also oversee fixed asset management for the office and student-managed facilities, including tagging.
Requirements- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and coordinating projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
