Vehicle Leasing Specialist
We are seeking a vehicle leasing specialist to join our team.
As a vehicle leasing specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
You will source new corporate accounts, including SMEs, MNCs, and Fleet Operators, facilitate test drives, introduce vehicles, and handle handovers.
You will also provide comprehensive information on pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle details to customers and corporates, offer customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts.
Additionally, you will assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements and develop expertise in automotive leasing/sales regulations, safety, and vehicle knowledge.
You will achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate, or the automotive trade is preferred.
- A strong passion for the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a presentable outlook.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
